At HN Fabrics, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully handpick and pack every saree with love and care. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We offer a 7-Day Easy Returns & Refunds Policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.
✅ Eligibility for Return
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The saree must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Sarees that have been altered, customized, or tailored as per your request are not eligible for return/refund.
Products purchased during Sale/Discount/Flash Offers are eligible only for exchange or store credit, not for refund.
🔄 Return Process
1. Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Approval & Pickup
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to self-ship the product to our return center.
3. Quality Check
After receiving the product, our team will conduct a quick quality check to ensure the saree is in original condition.
4. Refund/Exchange
Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund/exchange/store credit as per your choice.
💰 Refund Timeline
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
Exchange: If you choose to exchange, we will ship your replacement saree within 3–5 business days after quality check.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Customized or stitched sarees (e.g., with fall & pico, blouse stitching, etc.).
Sarees without original tags or packaging.
Sarees damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
